Helicopter modules now provide stats when used in ground units
Desert and forest infantry consolidated into a single light infantry unit, with multiple techs to specialize in different terrain, some of which also benefit other special forces.
Special forces techs reworked to provide more bonuses to the appropriate terrain type and fewer general bonuses.
Small changes to naval module placement restrictions.

There are some (more) bugs with this update, but they're purely graphical and I can't figure out what's causing them. Everything should be working if you check unit stats in the division designer, but certain terrain bonuses are not showing up in the techs that grant them, and helicopters don't show ground unit stats in the equipment designer.

-Added drop tanks for medium and large aircraft

Apparently I broke compatibility with the tank slots and gun upgrade submod, but that should be fixed now. Edit: Partially fixed at least; there may be some weirdness with ongoing playthroughs

Major balance update:
-Mechanized units no longer gain bonuses from mechanized techs, aside from improved equipment
-Significantly reduced attack of mechanized units, particularly light mechanized
-Increased supply consumption of medium and heavy mechanized
-Increased terrain bonuses of all helicopter units
-Significantly increased soft attack and defense of cold war tube artillery, as well as a smaller boost to breakthrough
-Even larger increase to soft attack of rocket artillery, smaller boosts to breakthrough and defense
-Added separate unit categories for tube and rocket artillery (no gameplay impact, but will make doctrine rework much easier)

Fixed issue preventing amphibious modern tanks from being designed.

-Amphibious modern armor is back (or here for the first time? I thought it used to be a thing, but I may be crazy).
-Attack helicopters have had their attack stats increased significantly, along with a small boost to breakthrough and speed.
-Utility helicopter units have had their speed increased as well.
-Stats of light anti-tank have been slightly reduced.

-Attack and Transport helicopters now have stats for use in ground units
-Added corps/army level support unit techs. Rather than adding new units, these give army wide bonuses, but add a supply equipment requirement to all units. Make sure you have sufficient supply equipment stockpiled before researching them.
-Added engineer battalion, which functions like the existing support company, but provides bigger bonuses in absolute terms, in exchange for being less cost effective.
-Fixed bug allowing field hospitals and armored ambulances to be attached to the same division, resulting in excessive casualty reduction.
