- fixed waypoints for both bottom ladders. Bots won't get stuck anymore on the bottom airlock, hopefully.

- added more smart battery logic
- added fast charge (disables overvolt protection)
- changed some balancing values
- added cheese
- changed to scout class
- changed to tier 3 so it can be used for a full playthrough (still weak compared to real tier 3 subs)
