+ down air is active for four frames instead of 1
+ down air spike hitbox has increased base knockback (40-->60)
+ air down special offstage no longer kills justice
+ normalized volume levels across the board
+ a meter has been added to visualize "cooking" progress
? landing after air down special now has endlag, but only on the ground and in the air and not on most platforms (somewhat unintentional)
- air side special no longer chains into itself
- air side special super armor removed
