- Improved the encounter system for Cathay (IE only)
- 7 new caravan destinations for Cathay
- 2 new caravan destinations for Empire
- 2 new innate traits for Dwarfs
- reduced the max chance of enemy attacks on friendly territory
- new dilemma before ambush
