Complete overhaul of mod's structure. Old structure is legacy leftover and, while will remein and will be functional as before, will not work with new system.

fixed the collision mesh preventing seamless pass through the rings. Rings and airlocks are colorable now.

FIXED docking ring unable to merge with another docking ring: problem was in factions system: two mergeblocks by two differenty players cannot merge. Solved by deleting of computer component from it.
