- Update arresting wires scripts based on the standalone Arresting Wires mod
- Change rescue boat code to use eventhandler with setVelocityTransformation
- Change rescue boat memory lod to be balanced so the center of boat is sane
- Add another mesh to davit_c, that was left behind upon animation
- Change rope_ca to rope_co to stop shimmering reflection
- Add support for CarrierOpsCompatability to localWires, so it no longer depends on tailhook solely

- Refactor mako scripts from config.cpp into functions
- Remove teleport ability when recovering mako rescue boat
- Improve conditions so less actions are visible for mako rescue boat
- Add two meshes to davit_c, were left behind when animating the davit
