Added 2 new attacks to help Bard in neutral:
Undertone - Yellow Note: A sliding attack with forward momentum. Initiative makes you slide further.
Tempo - Red Note: Bard jumps forward, through any projectiles. Especially useful when combined with free cancels.

Cleaned up a couple animation timings, mostly. I have some balance notes I want to implement, but as is, Bard is a finished character, if not a bit underwhelming in neutral.

Added Song List ingame. You can click the sheet next to Bard's Free Cancels to pull up a list of his songs, which you can hover over for more details.
The UI element listing Bard's Dal Segno queue is now hidden while it is empty, only becoming visible when Dal Segno has notes stored.
Fixed various bugs.

Mostly bugfixes

(Hopefully) fixed issue where Bard could not load if Cryomancer was not installed. If anyone is still having this issue, please send me a screenshot with the error.
Fixed issue where hit sounds would not properly randomize if you had not opened the piano yet.
Fixed issue preventing the damage buffs I meant to add last patch from being applied.
Fixed issue where parts of the UI would move around when selecting certain actions.

New feature: The piano
This feature is entirely uncessary and is purely fluff. By your super meter, you will now see an arrow that opens a small piano interface. By having this piano open, you can select the pitch of the hit sounds of your attacks. Though Special attacks are not yet supported by this feature, they will be soon.
You can close the piano to revert back to random pitched hit sounds.

Bard also has new hit sound effects. They are not yet applied to his special attacks, but they will be soon.
