Block Advantage Update

Gave all attacks frame data on block (Oops).
Projectiles now correctly fizzle when hitting the wall.
Fermata comes out significantly faster, finishes sooner, and travels faster, but no longer has a hitbox for the first few frames and has higher knockback.
Fortissimo is no longer parriable, and explodes on block.
Grave lasts longer, is no longer parriable, and is very plus on block.
Tremolo travels faster.
Prestissimo is no longer parriable.
Grand Performance resolves faster.
Raised Grand Performance UI so it hopefully doesnt crash into Ranked Utilities UI as much.

More taunts.

Bugfix
Fixed an issue where some songs were not being cancelled properly when interrupted
Offbeat is now a guard crush
Corrected Accuratezza's visual effect facing left side
Corrected many aerials not being attack cancellable on landing

UI Fix and major rework

Improvisation has been completely changed. It is no longer a projectile, and instead a movement tool. All versions of improvisation are now identical.

Bard can now spend notes on 3 new movement options:
Una Corda is a projectile invincible hop
Sostenuto is an armored hop
Sustain is a glide that ignores gravity
These new options can not be replicated with Encore.

Bard can no longer play songs that require 3 notes. These songs have been moved to automatic effects when playing any other song while 3 notes are queued. The song effects are largely the same, but rebalanced and modified for the new format. In addition, passive songs are no longer subject to a time limit. Instead, they are limited by the amount of times their effects can be used, be it by attacking, hitting the opponent, or otherwise. Finally, due to the easier access to several offensive passive effects, Bard's damage output has been generally decreased.

Prestissimo has been mildly reworked into a new attack. Previously, the attack would instantly hit the opponent anywhere on the screen. The updated prestissimo still attacks the opponent anywhere on the screen, but now has an inherent delay before the attack comes out, allowing the opponent to prepare for the attack.

Bard has 2 new aerial attacks:
Doubletime is a pair of kicks in front of bard that attacks fairly quickly and gives a boost in momentum.
Accuratezzo is an initially underwhelming attack, but one with a powerful sweet spot at the tip of his foot.

I will be monitoring the feedback regarding this update to see if anything is overwhelmingly unbalanced. There are still some known issues that need to be addressed, such as missing aerial guard breaks and some misplaced effects that will be addressed in a later update.

Fixed issue preventing Bard from moving when using Dash Forward
Increased Damage Proration on all Improvisation variants, decreasing damage on combos that start with these attacks
Shortened lifetime of Improvisation B
Added Hustle compatibility for more characters
Added support for Extra Color 1, allowing styles to change the color of Bard's Harp

A mixture of bugfixes and balance changes

Fixed a bug that prevented many song attacks from hitcancelling properly. Oops.
Improvization Y, Improvisation R, and Improvisation B have all had their damage and movespeed reduced, as well as gaining damage proration, reducing the damage of combos that start with these attacks. These buttons are meant to give bard a boost in his neutral, but I hadn't intended them for be as strong as they ended up being.
Further decreased Bard's gravity and increased his air speed during Aria of Winds.

New Special: Improvisation Y - Fires a fast moving projectile forward. Can only be used when you have 0 yellow notes. Generates 1 yellow note on use.
New Special: Improvisation R - Fires a high damaging projectile forward. Can only be used when you have 0 red notes. Generates 1 red note on use.
New Special: Improvisation B - Fires a homing projectile forward. Can only be used when you have 0 blue notes. Generates 1 blue note on use.
Tempo now forces aerial knockback
Tremolo's first followup now forces aerial knockback
Fortissimo's explosion now forces aerial knockback

Removed the default hit noises from Tempo and Undertone (Oops)
Increased the range of Strum and Hi Strum
Universally reduced the knockback of Bard's attacks
Reduced the effect of DI against Tenuto.

Bard has had a problem where his neutral was very bad. This is a bandaid fix for that, allowing Strum and Hi Strum to pressure space while simultaneously allowing Bard to convert stray hits into combos more easily.
