Updated some UI stuff for CoD
-New custom effect icons for 'Caladris Runic Studies' and 'Predicted Supply Line'.
-Like Albion, the mechanic big icon will change depending on progress.
-Changed some text colours to yellow to stand out.
-Added a dummy effect to the mechanic to separate the target regions from the mechanic effects.

2024/MAR/31 Rhox
- Fixed the issue of ovn_hef_inf_spearmen_falcon and ovn_hef_inf_spearmen_sapphire unable to gain exp even though they're not RoRs
- Removed martial prowess from Althran to meet vanilla standards

2024/MAR/30 Wert
- Added Caladris as a starting hero for COD
- Nerfed the stats of mounted Althran as follows
-- Armour 130->100
-- MA 65->60
-- MD 60->48
- Fixed the issue of RoR unlocking at turn 1 without checking level

Update
- A new custom settlement skin for the Citadel of Dusk
- New unique skill line for Althran Stormrider
- A small buff to Stormriders unique items
- New UI big icon for faction mechanic on topbar, all thanks and credit to @Rhox
- Bright Falcon Company (Spearmen) gain flaming attacks while Sapphire Company (Spearmen) gain magical attacks to differentiate them
- Fire Company and Sea Company (Archers) range buffed from 160 to 175
- Fire Company (Archers) slight nerf to base projectile damage
- Wind Company (Archers) range nerfed from 180 to 175 but projectiles do magical damage
- The Shore Riders (Ellyrian Reavers) can fire while moving like their counterparts
- The above unique units are now immune to non-vampire territory
- Reduced Althran's melee weapons AP damage and buffed normal damage to differentiate from Tyrion's weapon

2024/FEB/28 Rhox
- Fixed the issue of the map not working and changed the current defender effect bundle to a big UI icon made by shakyrivers
- Icon changing depending on the status of the faction might come later
