Deep scanned directory and removed duplicate items that are listed twice in the core module and this module.

removed parameter from script that was causing flooding of the storage logs

Changed shortswords to use mana instead of stamina. also added missing status effect as shortsword alt ability would cause it to fail. lastly, adjusted invisibility ability to deal 10x damage when fully cameoflaged
