Changed how the strength of critical repairs
- Critical repair strength options reworked
- Each level repairs 40% more than the base repair, and removes one additional stack.
- low = 40% more (min +1), and -1 stack
- medium = 80% more (min +2), and -2 stacks
- high = 120% more (min +3), and -3 stacks
- very high = 160% more (min +4), and -4 stacks
Fixed a bug which incorrectly calculated Critical chance
Fixed a bug where the overhead text would sometimes show incorrect text.
- "Preventative repair" would show, even on a failed repair.
Many more under the hood optimizations.

This update is focused on a bit of fine-tuning a bunch of numbers, and to better signal when you fail a repair.

Updated overhead text, to account for repair failures.
Reworded several sandbox settings.

Overall buffed critical repairs/chance and adjusted default sandbox settings
- Base Critical Chance defaults to 5%
- Minimum Critical Chance defaults to 2%
- Gain additional 0.5% critical chance per maintenance level.
- Extra +1 condition repaired on crit


Expanded possible options for harder sandbox settings
- Threshold can be over 100
- Scaling can be over 10
- base crit chance can go negative
- these can be combined to make PM apply to high-maintenance only

Increased maintenance exp on repair.
- Improved bonus to PM (1.5x->2x)
- Improved bonus for Crits (3x->4x)
- Added 2x bonus for repairing to maximum condition
- Added bonus thats based on how large the repair was, up to 4x

Big update! In Game Tooltips! When hovering over a fixer in the repair menu, it will display if you will successfully prevent a repair stack, the PM threshold, and your Crit Repair Chance.
Lots of code clean up under the hood.
Fixed a bug with critical repairs that made the "low" strength crits remove all repair stacks.

KNOWN ISSUE
The first time per session that you open up the repair menu,a fixer will be missing from the submenu. Opening the items context menu again will resolve the issue.

Added experience on successful repair. Based on % condition restored. Gain even more for preventing a repair stack, or critically repairing.
