Removed the LAC finally due to its inclusion in its own mod. Added a vehicle which I am currently working on, Colin Furze's Drift Trike. It's broken as of now, so... yeah.

Re-added the LAC to the scene, moved its folder position while futily attempting to make it spawnable. Sorry about that!

Attempt at adding a spawn.txt, also added the 'Map' tag.
