Fixed some hulls issues, npc pathfindings, texture's overlaps, AND DELETED FUCKING AUTO-DOORS, now doors manual with only auto-closing when no one around, and some etc fixes

* fixed wall placement in Science bay
* Fixed and a little rework to fuel progress bar on reactor
* Adjusted neutral ballast level for more appropriate level

* Moved almost all circuitery in a citcuit box near reactor
