Build 6 -

- removed old menu entry due to conflicts created by new EMS update.
- updated variables to be compatible with new EMS update.
- added SpecialInitialSpawnDelayMax and SpecialInitialSpawnDelayMin variables as they seem to be required now.
- added mediafire link to .vpk file for server owners.
