- Small fix to the addon prefix which was causing failure to load either PylonBodger or BetterTucano when loaded together based on which appeared first on the launcher list (thank you @Kazutrash for reporting and helping me narrow it down)

Fixed NATO skin always displaying HIDF wings + extras instead of the desired textures - thank you @Raykan for pointing it out

-Modified some hard points to better refine the selection with FIRS, however it still is extremely broad.
-Added a new skin for the Tucano :)
