- This is one of her main combo moves, so it was racking up too much dmg

(+) Chun-Li can now move a bit during aerial nspec and can now b-reverse it
- Allows for better game feel

(+) Dspec can now snap ledge
- This will allow for more recovery options, since this is supposed to be one of her strengths

(+) Lvl 2 super now has set knockback and more hitstun
- This will allow for the lvl 2 super to be used to combo at lower percents and close stocks at higher percents (Example: Final hit super -> jump-cancled wavedash -> Fsmash/Assist)

(+) The start-up of Lvl 1 super is fully intangible
- Her supers are kinda useless since they come out pretty slow or dont do much in general. So sum intagibilty should help with that

(+) Fmash BKB changed from 60 to 66.5
- She needs more ways to close out stocks, so this should help wit that

(-) Dair spike KBK changed from 45 to 25
- Stomp spike shouldnt be killing until WAY later percents if at all

(-) Dair now resets when hitting the third hit
- Removes the ability to constantly spike over and over again

(-) Double start-up and endlag on grab
- Her grab was 13 frames in total wtf. It still has low total frames, but should be less obnoxious

(-) If the projectile hits a wall, it will be destroyed

Chun-li severely needed more kill power, so i decided that locking it behind meter was the best option. This is because in SF, she uses her fast normals and Movement options to get in, then uses supers to finish the job.

So giving her more ways to get meter, while getting a better reward for using the supers was a better option then js giving random moves sum more kill power to compensate

Chun-Li now has a meter bar that can be spent by pressing the attack button during Neutral or forward special.
