Improved Korean translation of Shot Speed pills since apparently the base game does a bad job of it

Added language support, for all the languages. Probably works fine.

I forgot to make it not show when you're in a boss intro cutscene. How embarrassing.

Co-op support!
Due to the fact that even vanilla co-op gets unbearably scuffed at 3 players and up, this doesn't support that. Seriously, you can't even see what pills/cards you're holding if you're the third player, no helping it.
Also this won't work with online co-op at all due to good reasons, sorry.

Turns out the wiki is wrong: victory laps don't reset your Echo Chamber backlog.
