Fix: The author skill limit bar actually functions now (I was off by one on the id, woops)

NCalc has a dependency that's almost the same size of it, which is extremely unhelpful.

Change "Count Equipped" to "Count Inventory". It now appears on any bill, and counts a pawn's entire inventory, rather than just equippables.
