Nerfs: Cut additional hitstun for ice ball by 1/6. Significantly reduced damage dealt by Beautiful Day. Cut knockback dealt by TJ's ember in half.

Slightly tweaked Ultra. Made all hitboxes a bit bigger. Zack's thunder attack now glows a little, hopefully it'll be more visible.
