Made the sprite show up when UNpaused

Hidden during boss intros (technically hides whenever the game is paused while there is a boss in the room because I am lazy)

Added display for how many hearts the sharp plug will take, just a text display for now (the number displayed is in full hearts)

Turns out you CAN find the values of the settings since Repentance came out, so here's an update that just does that. No more console commands!

made the offset command actually work

Fixed sharp plug indicator appearing when you have an active item that does not have a charge
