- Minor sfx/hfx reworks here and there across some moves
- Hitstun gravity increased .5 -> .53
- New run sfx
- Pratland increased 10 -> 14

Jab:
- Start up reduced 9 -> 6
- Frame data adjusted to tilt cancel better
- Damage increased 3/6 -> 6/8
- Jab 1 angle changed 90 -> 361

Ftilt:

- Sourspot homogenized with the sweet spot

- Ustrong’s hitboxes reworked to be the same at first 9/1

- Ustrong now has soft armor during the move’s active frames 0 -> 14

- Launcher base kb increased 8 -> 9

- Launch angle changed on full charge 60 -> 50

Dstrong
I realized the sprite offset was off by like 1 pixel so i fixed it.
finisher bkb reduced from 9 to 8
finisher knockback scaling reduced from 1.1 to 1

Uspecial
finisher angle increased from 80 to 90
added whifflag

Dash attack works differently now, It has 3 hitboxes instead of 2
Now has a sweetspot, with base knockback being reduced from 9 to 8 and knockback scaling reduced from 1 to .7
Late sourspot should combo into the hitbox for when he lands on the floor.

If for some reason this causes issues like hits not being consistent, hmu at Pebble#6187
