Changed how panel variations were added, increasing saturation of the livery.

Lined up radome area with the texture.

Added weathering from Thor's Dirt n' Grime pattern set.

Changed the bottom of the nose to be more like the Phantom's livery, as well as adding in roundels around the nose,

Remade the bottom of the livery, making it light grey to better mimic the F-4's bottom.
