Fixed bug where ArchoTech Regenerator was healing "Removed" with its first 20+ healing charges. This was caused by a combination of two things:
Artificial body parts cause a hidden health condition "MissingBodyPart" to be applied to the natural body parts that they replace.
The regenerator TryHealRandomDisease() considering those missing body parts to be diseases, so would spend a charge to heal them.
