New Content
  • Added a few 'skins' for the Abyssal Claws so people can use Tot! Custom to transmog their weapon. These are base-game models and this is a temporary stop-gap measure.

  • Abyssal Claws should no longer take durability damage on hit. Emphasis on should.
  • Abyssal Armory should now more reliablity grant the Abyssal Claws recipe, even if the 'word of power' has already been learned. Spell learning is wild, gorg.

  • Adjusted decay timer on Abyssal Claws. It was too high.
  • Adjusted repair amount of Abyssal Claws. This whole thing is just ???
  • Added Magi Skulls to event/'Witch Hunt' NPCs. Some map edits bug out Kurak's Lair. Some maps don't even have a Kurak Lair to bug out.
  • Fixed some unplayable typos.
!!Known Issues!!
    Yeah. No idea why the repair on Abyssal Claws is so weird and not in line with the other weapons despite having the same blueprint.

New Content
  • Abyssal Claws. New summonable claw weapon with unqiue moveset. Summoned at the Summoning Circle. This weapon works like all other Abyssal weapons, requiring constant feeding; cannot be enhanced with a kit. I am not a modeler, so this weapon does not have a custom mesh. Yet. I will be teaching myself hard-surface modeling over the next few months. Also see Known Issues.
  • Demonology: Ignition Pact. Summon three exploding Abyssal Imps! These suckers do far more damage than the basic exploding imp in a wider radius, and does not damage the summoner. These imps are not controlled by the player, and have a 60 second lifespan if they don't immediately explode.
  • Re-created instant spell-cast pots for base game spells based on the pots that were available in the Age of Sorcery. These are currently uncraftable, and admin-spawn only. This is subject to future review.
  • Created instant-cast pot for Summon Meteor. Also admin-only spawn. This spawns the spell directly on top of the caster. Use at your own risk. You have been warned.


Fixes and Changes
  • 'Abyssal Maul' feat renamed to 'Abyssal Armory' to support adding new Abyssal weapons. Abyssal Claws is part of this feat.
  • Renamed 'Summoned Rage Demon' to 'Abyssal Rage Demon' to keep to a theme.
  • Amnestic Draught updated to include Ignition Pact.
  • Sorcerer NPCs now drop skulls when the event is not running.

!!Known Issues!!
  • The durability repair of the Abyssal Claw is behaving strangely and I'm unsure how or why. This is really bothering me.
  • Abyssal Imps may need adjusting to their damage levels. However, I am not going to touch their HP levels as doing so in the past has caused a fatal client error. Unsure about this one.

  • Added 'Magi Skull' to Hissar Xul's loot table so that the Abyssal Folio for 'Improved Creeping Darkness' can be crafted and learned again. Funcom changed the loot tables. I fix.

New Content
  • Added 'Corrupted Totem' placeable to Sorcerous Curios. Corruption sold seperately.

Fixes and Changes
  • Necromancers rejoice! Heartrend now works from height. You can aim up at your targret, you can aim down at your target. Your target is your target. Heart rend should now be on reticle target.
  • Heartrend 'Doom' debuff drops off after 12 seconds. This is to work a little nicer with servers that run DBNO mods.
  • Meteor now has a chance to spawn more projectiles.
  • Tweaks to meteor vfx. This is more backend stuff to make sure it spawns and despawns more consistancy, but hiccups do happen. Fingers crossed.
  • Increased the amount and chance percentages of the Hungering Blood Crystal station to give more blood crystal. Just seemed a bit low for the asking price.

New Content
  • Added new placeables to Sorcerous Curios. Now with more blood crystal and blood crystal chips.
  • Added new crafting station to Sorcerous Curios: Hungering Blood Crystal. Add a Sacrificial Blood in a Flask to return 5 blood crystals. This crafting station is similar to a grinder or a fluid press. But with more creepy whispering.
  • Abyssal Cultivator added. Lotus and volcanic plant placeables.
  • Basic (ie head, arm, body, leg) Crystalline Golem parts can now be dismantled for a small amount of blood crystal.

Fixes and Changes
  • Fiddled with the Cthonic Surge blueprint. Should now be more consistent.
  • Cthonic Surge now increases run speed by 20%
  • Increased duration of both Cthonic Surge and Abyssal Quickening.
  • 'We Are Legion' now adds 500 armor to zombies. This value may not be final and may change as I receive feedback.
  • 'We Are Legion' no longer applies to other Death Knights in the same clan. No double-dipping!

Known Issues
Heart Rend continues to be the bane of my modding existence. It should still be working, but please be aware that if your target is above or below you, it won't work. Caster and Target need to be on the same plane. I'm still searching for a better way to write the spell blueprint.

  • Fixed missing accessories. These should be usable again.

Updates have been and will continue to be few and far between. I am in the middle of a life-altering event and I need time to rebuild and get back into my usual routine. My next focus is going to be on-going visual and audio improvements.

Aiming on Heart Rend is still not great. Working on it.
