new move!

- Fast fall: you fall... fast (good for string air to ground combos)

balance (a lot of balance)!

- jump: Jump arc narrowed

- Spam kick: more spamable but weaker

- Spin Kick: 200% times better, know you can actually use it in a combo,
hit cancellable, better knockback, faster but one less hit (you won't miss it)

- Fire Spark: can't hit cancel into bash

- Combustion: can be used in the air and is not affected by pushback

- Summon Flames: 5 -> 6 frames quicker on initiative, crazy i know

- shoriuquen: goes way higher in the air that before

- Catch: more reasonable hitbox

- Throw: way smoother animation and more damage

(also i fixed a lot of the names not having spaces)
