- Added Claw Tongue to Clawman culture on the highest diversity setting.

- Inspired by the mechanics of the Jewish flavor content added to the latest patch, I was able to change the code in order to longer need to add cultures to the mod. Ruler Designer is now unchanged from how it is with the base mod. Slightly smaller download too

v 1.1

- Fixed issue where characters of the first generation never actually learned the new language and instead kept the common tongue. Now every character will learn their appropriate language. In addition, characters will forget the common tongue, except for subjects of the Iron Throne when the "slight diversity" option is chosen, who will instead know both their own tongue and the common tongue.

- Added 2 new languages to the "lots of diversity" option, the Stone Tongue of Skagos and the Frozen Tongue of the Wildlings living on the western side of the Frostfangs (not to be mixed up with the Ice Tongue of the Others) (credit to Dreigous for the Frozen Tongue suggestion)

- Targs and other High Valyrians are now looped in to the system so-to-speak, they will no longer cling to the common tongue even in alternate settings where it doesn't exist, instead they will learn the appropriate Crownland language at birth alongside their native Valyrian.
