Stomp now forces enemies to the ground
even if they can act

COSMICPULL REWORK:
New countdown timer added

cosmic pull no longer pulls enemies towards you when the time runs out

After the timer runs out cosmic pull now throws opponents in the direction of your choosing

Cosmicpull direction is now controlled by an 8way next to the DI

When Cosmicpull activates, opponents' DI are negated
