Removed Multihit on Aerial Punch due to massive issues revolving around Cosmic Pull

Updated for 1.8 (By Trinity)
# CHANGES
- Barrier no longer hits the opponent, rather it just gives Atlas projectile immunity for the duration of the barrier itself.
- Dive goes faster
- Dive now has a height requirement to trigger the hitbox
- Various framekills removed
- Various moves sped up
- Various moves had knockback and hitstun changes
- Various moves have armor removed
- Various moves now usable in the air.
- ALL remaining instances of armor are now INITIATIVE ONLY.
- Aerial Punch is now a multihit, and the first hit doesn't hit cancel
- Dodge now fully replaces Rolling, including in knockdown.
- Dodge now has the same invuln properties as normal roll.
- Coup de Gras now has beats backdash property.
- Pull no longer overrides character states, and doesn't randomly drop combo
- This was due to the system overriding character states with the default Fall state.
- This was since HurtGrounded state has... issues.
- Added base sprites (no more Ninja jumpscares. Credits to Trinity for adding them.)
- Intro now has sound
- Walk now has sound
- Walk now provides projectile armor, rather than projectile immunity
- Walk distance slider removed due to various complications (Adding it back is still planned.)
- Hustle Hitbox re-added, however it no longer instantly kills the opponent, but is simply a small guardbreak
# Notes From Trin:
- I may have missed some stuff. If I did, I apologize
- If your character has passive armor, projectile armor, or projectile invuln in HURTSTUN, Pull mechanic will NOT work.
- Shoutout to Rattlebones (Creator of Wonderboy) for helping me with Atlas's Pull mechanics.
- Ivy, if you see this, Please make it so that if someone is hurtgrounded, and is forced into the air by velocity changes, they are set to hurtaerial by default. That was like 99% of Atlas' dev time for me...
- Pull in combo spawns a projectile on top of the opponent, but just pushes the opponent in neutral. Like old push
- Push however, DOES NOT override character states with Fall state, like I mentioned before.
- Any issues should be directed torwards @trin.l on Discord and NOT craigorydobson (that's NODATA's discord user.)
