- Added two settings to set maximum speech chance and make killfeeds to show NPC's nickname.
- Made NPCs that are performing scripted sequences able to play their idle voicelines.

- Fixed ragdolls from ReAgdoll being able to talk.

- NPCs now use the names and pfps of their respective model and spawnicons. This fixes such things as Odessa being labeled as a citizen, Antlion Guarding still using its base counterpart data, and etc.

- Fixed fall voicelines from voice profile completely replacing the panic voicelines instead of merging with them.
- Slightly improved the voiceicon position calculations.
