- Fixed the "Ignore Gagged NPCs" and "Speech Chance Affects Death" settings not doing anything due to them addressing to the outdated convars.
- Fixed the "g_VoicePanelList" global being called while it being invalid.

- Added "npc_puppet" class to the non-NPC list. You can revert it back by adding them to the whitelist.
