Fixed floating head bug in the leader type selection screen. Due to the way things are set-up, I was unable to restore champion appearance to its class-respective default, so I used a custom appearance instead (it's the outfit from the thumbnail).

Fixed Champion race selection again with a slightly different method to not break dragons

Reverting Champion Physical Form fix because it causes CTD on trying to create a Dragon lord.
