its simply not there in wizard king armor list, is it possible to add it?
ps: it also has a matching cape, which again, doesnt show up for wizard kings

Is that from your mod? I don't have too many other mods and this was the only outfit missing.
I'm not finding any invisible outfits. Same advice to try moving this mod to the bottom of the load order and see if the issue persists.
I'm hoping there can be a work around that just limits the game giving random Heroes random outfits whilst retaining the ability for the player to customise them however they want.

Here's the proof of what I'm saying.
The rulers getting reset is not a big issue. I just fixed them all after. As long as I have completed my one ER ruler in, I won't touch that portion again.
To answer your question, unfortunately no. If the game is loaded without the mod, it doesn't matter if you touch them or not, the game will immediately "fix" all of the rulers with choices that aren't available to them. Believe me, no one's more annoyed by it than me, but there's nothing I can do about it. Per the note in the description, you can work around that by backing up your save folder before you disable the mod and restoring it after. I think you should be able to then transfer in a ruler when you restore the save, but I haven't done it myself.
