[MP] 서버 설정 PVP탭의 옵션이 PVP = True & SafetySystem = False 라면 이 모드의 샌드박스 설정 관계없이 공격 가능하도록 변경 (더 이상 '[멀티] 플레이어 PVP 설정 무시' 샌드박스 옵션을 켤 필요 없음)

Fix some errors
[MP] If sever's PVP settings are : PVP = True & SafetySystem = False, then players can shoot each other regardless of sandbox options of this mod (No need to turn on '[MP] Ignore PVP Safety' sandbox option)
