Fixed a few things about the new Vulture aiming
Vultures can now fly into any rooms that have players in them, including slugpups (or fly and reposition into the same room), can be used by holding Jump while flying out of a room

Increased charge time for king vulture tusks (has config option to revert)
King vulture tusks can now be cancelled deliberately (by not holding throw)
King vultures now use a similar system to Noodle flies when aiming
Made some changes to the way Vultures aim
Fixed an issue that caused non-parasite players to be teleported out of the map in the parasite campaign (this was the case for slugpups too)
Lizards can now grab creatures that have health below 0

In any case, let me know if the whole King Vulture aiming thing is a bit unnecessary or if i should just stick to making it aim at the closest creature

Added an anti-stuck feature to Lizards, which should make getting stuck as them (in certain spots) much harder

The arrow at the bottom right corner (when jolly coop is on) should now correctly point at the player who has the camera (if they are in a creature)

misc stuff, the funny triangle should appear now when entering shortcuts with LOS on

Updated pebbles dialogue
Updated moon dialogue
Map reveal should work now with Jolly Coop

Added a (potentially unnecessary) config option that toggles Lizard grasps being affected by weight

Renamed the config option that allowed DLLs to be controlled through consumption, which now also affects Leviathans

re-did the thing about the tutorial message oversight, should work fine now

possibly broke something??? atleast on my end, reverting just to be sure
