Fixed kill credit when killing lizards as a creature

Added a config thing that toggles the ability to control DLL's after being consumed by them
Improved DLL's ability to fit through shortcuts, also giving it the ability to fit through corridors

Bites from non-controlled lizards now deal full damage to controlled lizards
Changed how the manual burst works, no longer relies on health (for the most part)
Controlled Centipedes no longer get pacified while being grabbed

Added the ability to prematurely burst out of your current creature, however you will be unable to burst like this if your creature is about to die
