miniscule fixes to how invalid extra colors are handled

fixed a fatal error which would crash the game if launching a match with sata while using certain styles
if your style doesn't look right with her, just make sure you have an extra1 and extra2 color!

custom style particles are in! but they're a touch buggy if you mess with them. please report any bugs you encounter to me! i'll do my best to help iron them out!

OVERALL
+ particle effects will now copy your player style colors, courtesy of DesianSkies
+ a bunch of moves have been added as interrupts and cancels to other moves!

HOP NEEDLE
+ new aerial; accessible from grounded needle
+ does okay damage, acts as a powerful hitgrab if you manage to get a tipper on an aerial target
+ gives an air option when hitgrabbing
- really slams them away if you get the hitgrab

DRAW STRING / PUSH STRING
- removed

LASH STRING
+ added; replaces draw/push string
+ way more dynamic. you can shape the string how you'd like
+ way cooler
~ pull string will now pull you *along* the direction of the lash string's vector instead of directly towards it
- pull string only works on armed strings
~ arming time is dynamic based on how far you sling the lash-points
~ lots of other changes, including reduced/tweaked damage and hitstun
+ you can still hit T

NEEDLE
+ now free-cancels properly in every situation
- nobody will truly appreciate the work I put into making it work more smoothly
+ hair is a little better
- nobody will truly appreciate that either lol
+ hop needle is accessible from this move

GENERAL
+ sata is now compatible with extra-style custom colors. you can even change her hair color!
+ extra color 1 is her whips and strings; extra color 2 is her hair and tippers!
i checked, and unfortunately i don't think i'll be able to get animated hair into character select without modifying vanilla code. thankfully this will probably be fine!

HIGH KICK
- hitstun reduced from 21f to 19f
- startup increased from 4f to 5f
+ damage increased from 800 to 900
+ proration reduced from 1 to 0
+ sends you further when used
she really should not have had that much kiss-range rps game. high kick now serves a slightly different purpose in applying slower but more aggressive pressure

GROUNDED HORIZONTAL WHIP
- sends you less far when used
- tipper hitbox is a little thinner
+ tipper proration reduced from 1 to 0
this is no longer cowboy hslash but better; should be backdash-avoidable in more situations
for compensation, i've reduced its proration a little since it's less guaranteed

AERIAL HORIZONTAL WHIP
+ revised animation slightly

NEEDLE ARC
+ accessible from whiff cancel
noting that only seamripper was available from whiff made me sad, so i gave it a few friends :D

HAYMAKER

- is a miniscule amount larger

sweeping hitstun reductions, i know — but this should make playing against her slightly more fun and less hitstun-filled.
also, she can no longer trap you OTG nearly as well if you decide that DI-ing down while in a knockdown state is the best plan (it really is not)

SPALL
- spall tipper hitbox size decreased slightly
- spall tipper now has DI/SDI modifiers of 0.8 and 1 respectively, from 0.5 and 0.8
- spall tipper now sends a lot more outwards
- spall tipper force increased to 5.5, from 4.5
these changes address spall being way too easy to chain and follow using just jump

WALL RUSH
- wall rush is now ground OK
this was a bug

SEAMRIPPER
- seamripper is now wall stance usable
- seamripper is now reelback stance usable
felt like both stances were missing the potential shenanigans of seamripper; also, reelback was lacking a horizontal/laggy option for catching dodges or enemy jumps

- seamripper chain hitbox damage in-combo reduced from 800 to 250
- seamripper chain hitbox damage out-of-combo increased from 250 to 800
this was a mistake on my end lol

- seamripper chain hitbox is now active for 1 frame longer
- seamripper chain hitbox is now a little wider and thinner
this SHOULD make it hittable as a read against longer rolls and in a few more momentum situations in neutral or otherwise

MISC
needle now uses a different whiff/swing sound
seamripper now has the squeaky swing sound :)
