sata changelog

- new intro, courtesy of @unknownakarii
- new lv1 super, ensnare: detonate all of your strings simultaneously, living up to the spider allegations

- needle spike is now accessible from grounded needle
- needle spike tipper is now smaller and slightly weaker

- solar wind is now +1 on block

- horiz. whip tippers are now smaller
- air whip tipper sends away (you have to work for your combos now)

- barrage no longer hit-cancels on its first and second hits
- barrage has more knockback and DI in every phase
- barrage knockback should direct into itself slightly better

- seamripper's guard break should now only happen on the first active frame

- hop needle no longer traps you into a true combo reset

- corebreaker shockwave is now +0 on block
- corebreaker shockwave angle adjusted
- corebreaker shockwave hitstun increased
- corebreaker shockwave is slightly less susceptible to DI

- lateral rushdown now places you a bit further from your opponent
(i'm still assessing the utility of this move)

- strings now fizzle if you more than 3
- string explosions no longer contribute to combo scaling
- string explosion damage tuned down
- no more stringpull while using block

decreased iasa a bit across the board, as it was a little silly
strings are no longer parryable upon detonation; if you get hit by one it's usually your fault and they explode on f6 anyways
added downward roll
added downward strafe
^^both of these are sort of experimental options! if they're busted i'm changing them up

- Reel Grab framedata and IASA altered a little

- Reelback now cancels if interrupted.
- Slide now cancels if interrupted.

- Obliterate's IASA has been fixed (now 17)
- Barrage's first and second hits are now neutral proration.
- Trip up has -1 proration and is slightly more influenced by DI.
- Needle Arc sweetspot is now +3 on block (from +2)
- Axe kick is no longer a multihit.
- Corebreaker shockwave is now parriable again.
- Wall Rush and Lateral Rushdown are now 2 frames slower.

- Prominence's IASA has been fixed (now 13)
- Prominence blast is now +2 on block (from +0)
- Prominence blast now does more damage on softblock.
- Prominence may now be delayed using a UIData.
- Prominence has been infused with The Juice.

- Her grab is now cool. Experiment with it!

- Significant balance changes...
Hitstun and damage decreased and balanced across the board.
She may be a bit overtuned. Please let me know!
- LASH STRING has been reworked. Shouldn't crash anymore.
You may only have three strings out at once.
- STRINGPULL has been reworked and converted into a switch, and may be activated alongside other moves.
It takes half a bar of super meter to pull yourself along or across a string.
- PROMINENCE (old) has been nerfed, made into a special, and renamed to OBLITERATE
- SOLAR WIND is now a level 2 super
- New level 1 super: LATERAL RUSHDOWN
Like wall rush, except useful.
- WALL RUSH and LAT. RUSHDOWN now both place a string in their wake.
- New level 3 super: PROMINENCE (new)
Sata charges her hair with energy that discharges after 30f of not being hit, exploding spectacularly into a pillar of flame.
- New special: TRIP UP
Grounded only. Harsh DI mix-up for callouts; suffers in blockstring.
- New attack: AXE KICK
Grounded only. Sends Sata airborne, breaks block, and has several hitboxes with their own utilities.

prominence iasa reduced to 18 (was 40 or something gross like that)
prominence explodes 16f sooner
strafehop, strafeslide, and rush no longer framekill
the reign of cross slash's high hitstun has ended

blocks, framedata, etc should all be modernized
also, new sounds, sprites, and various other goodies!
some things might be broken!
there's too much to list!
a lot of framedata was modified, and this version should be considered UNSTABLE!
