-Minor corrections to descriptions.

-Minor fixes.
-Added back blistering agent external afflictions as separate items(still laggy, I explicitly state in its description to not use it against AI).
-Gave items deconstruct returns.
-Hazmat suit has minor resistances to general physical damages now.
-buffed blood agents
-Two types of mission added.
-A pelican crate for the chemical munitions.
-Separated folders for the .xml

-Blister agent external removed until proper rework, limbspecific afflictions being applied by weapons even simple burn causes severe lag it seems. Will try to find a way to fix it, in the mean time it will just simply function as a more deadly lachrymator agent.
-fixed the 40mm grenades not being labelled as smallitem.
-Item recovery missions will be my next priority from here on as well as compatibility patches.

-Minor fixes removing isdangerous for the grenades. Currently looking for a way so that it is only dangerous when it is active.
-Changes to active lifespan of grenades, they shouldn't last more than a minute.

-Nerve agents and all shouldn't take too much performance

-Minor fixes
-buffed sprayer damage with the chemical canisters
-removed recycle option from smg magazines
-fabrication time for all items now takes much longer

-Changes to sprayer, can now take the large canister slots that is meant for the chemical munitions shell and spray it directly to people
-Sprayer sprite changed to the SANIJET gun irl.
-Psychochemical now includes inverted controls
-Rifle rounds and SMG magazines now have psychochemical, lachrymator, and nerve agent variants.
-Chemical suit, affliction, and other items' description bug fixes here and there.

-Slight changes to particle emitted(hopefully it makes less lag now)
-Rework for blistering agent exposure, now external and internal.
-Old blistering agents moved to internal exposure.
-External exposure should do nothing limiting.
-Old pulmonary flush is now general purpose for pulmonary agent build up and internal exposure of blistering agents.
