Down Cut:
- Reduced hitbox size
Snipe:
- Reduced recovery from 8 to 4
Savage Impale:
- Increased damage from 100 to 150 (normal) and 120 to 170 (enhanced)

===New Moves===

Full Burst (Super):
- Level 2 Super
- 4 frame startup with invincibility on frame 4
- Has enhanced version when in bloodthunder boost dealing more damage
- Refills ammo at end of attack
Bicycle Kick (Aeiral):
- Upward hitting aerial attack
- 8 frame startup
- Has a sourspot hitbox on frame 11
- Usable in both Normal and Rifle Stance
- Returns to normal stance
Spike Kick (Aerial):
- Downward hitting aerial attack
- 9 frame startup
- Usable in both Normal and Rifle Stance
- Spikes enemy downard on hit and ground bounces

Spin Kick:
- Fixed issue of opponent being teleported out of followup hits

Nebula Beam:
- Increased recovery frames from 6 to 14
- Fixed beam arm sprite disappearing for one frame

Surging Star:
- No longer parryable

Singularity:
- No longer parryable
- Increased plus frames on block from +1 to +3
- Now disappears when Violet is hit

All grounded kick normals can no longer be dash canceled on hit (can still comet rush)
Updated particle effects on projectiles

Grounded Throw (frorward):
- Sends opponent higher
Comet Rush:
- Reduced energy consumption from 0.0475 to 0.038 per tick
- Reduced overall speed/distance traveled
Light Kick:
- Increased startup from 4 to 5 frames
- Increased hitstun from 13 to 15
Low Kick:
- Increased startup from 4 to 5 frames
- Low profile hitbox active 1 frame later at frame 4
- Increased hitbox size vertically (doesn't low profile as much)
- Reduced hitstun from 19 to 15
- Now -2 on block
Medium Kick:
- Reduced hitstun from 22 to 19
Flip Kick:
- Reduced hitstun of second hit from 30 to 20
Heavy Kick:
- Reduced hitstun from 30 to 20
- Reduced block pushback from 3 to 2
Nebula's Edge (low):
- Now neutral on block
Back Kick:
- Increased startup from 4 to 5 frames
Drift Pulse:
- Has parry window again
Nebula Bolt:
- Nebula Bolt followups (N.Bolt2 & T.Stars) no longer parryable
Counter Stance:
- Increased startup from 3 to 5
- Reduced hitstun from 30 to 15
Trinary Missiles:
- Reduced damage scaling from 2 to 1
- Increased damage proration from 1 to 2
- Increased damage of each projectile from 20 to 35
- Reduced projectile speed from 9 to 7
- Reduced lifetime from 240 to 140
Surging Star:
- Reduced projectile speed from 25 to 20
Nebula Beam:
- Increased startup from 10 to 13 frames
- When used in the air -1 on block (still +1 on block while grounded)
Galaxy Grenades:
- Adjusted gravity and fall speed so they are more viable to throw in neutral
- Reduced energy consumption from 0.4 to 0.3
Supernova:
- Reduced duration of super from 280 frames to 140
