Sorry to break a weapon you worked hard to find/buy

Changed:

- Coalition Covert Combat Rifle got an upgrade, instead using Caseless magazines, and recieved a new designation of the Coalition Suppressed Caseless Combat Rifle.
Sorry to say, if you had one before this update, scrap it or sell it, as it will not function properly. Newly aquired ones will function as intended.

Fixed:

- Firing sound for the Prototype Oppressor Battle Carbine shouldn't overlap anymore.
