New Game start recommended

* Cinder Quest (Fire Elemental NPC) gives additional gizmo: Firedrop Condenser to harvest Firedrop Cubes
* New Wizard crafting recipes including:
Enchanted Sub-Weapons [extra equipment with rare ability activation, doesn't replace Main Weapon equipped]
+ Violet Flame Hammer (for Knight)
+ Blue Flame Sword (for Footman and Swamp Goblin Warrior)
* Ore Transmute recipes changed, give more, but require Firedrop Cube resource

* Wizard outfit models adjusted for all races that could wear them
* Adjustment to some combat ability buff scripts
* With ACE mod, some equipment with Inflictable Debuff info appears on Wizard recipe craft screen

* Audio/Visual adjustments to Wizard Staff projectile attack Gem Shards

* Added rare proportional health damage attack on Wizard Staff (level 4) [on new crafted ones]
+ Gem Shard projectiles cause a Glowy Pink/Blue energy swirl around the target
+ provides scaled damage against high health enemies - good for Hard Mode too

* Added poof visual effect at moment of changing to Wolf Form, and back to human form

* Wolf Belt Gift event also gives Morph Toggler equipment tool for Wizard (has visual look for belt buckle)

* Lengthened cooldown of recharge magic action

* Lengthened time duration before morphing into Wolf Form

* Fixed jobs/wizard/wizard_buffs/debuff_attacker.lua script so the backlash_debuff doesn't try to apply to an attacker without a job component (eg. turrets, or traps that are allies)
