a sunlight blocker that only blocks characters in a server setting and not single player, is removed so that you can traverse the Underdark again

Due to the hard limits in, I assume unreal 4.16 or maybe the funcom devkit, where if you go below -27500 depth, you cannot build and mob pathfinding is screwed I had to move the Underdark river to another location.
Note, you could build in the Underdark, but only with the parameter 'build everywhere' checked. Not every admin is happy with that.

fixed an issue with the Tuatha fighter III where the male did not spawn - this is likely the cause of the crashes with the thrall cages
I am aware of the hyborians mixed in with the celtica spawns at several locations, I deal with those once I think crashes are gone
