Updated to 1.16

REVERTED MAA BONUSES TRADITIONS TO 1.15, THEY ADD SATS INSTEAD OF MULTIPLY, WHICH IS QUITE USELESS CONSIDERING MULTIPLIERS ARE STACKABLE TO MUCH HIGHER VALUES THAN WHAT THE 1.16 MULTIPLIERS GIVE (10/15/20 MULT DOES NOT DO MUCH WHEN YOU HAVE 200% ALREADY)

replaced all remaining art with new splashes
applied new shades and sharpening to make characters stand out and get a more "hand-drawn" feeling
