-all pieces of the tentacles now will for sure be removed when the main body dies

-tetran tentacles are now immune to status effect
-tetran tentacles are now considered bosses to not be deleted by items like little horn or friendly ball

-the tentacles of Tetran doesn't force the doors to close in case there's somehow some piece of it's tentacle remaining after the main body dies
