Fixed a visual bug affecting the "Anti-Comintern Pact" focus.

Mod is now compatible with version 1.13 in general instead of specific versions; preview image has been updated; changed mod description slightly; added a congratulatory image to previews; focus icons will no longer break whenever Paradox releases a new focus tree; added a new unique icon for the "Oppose Hitler" focus; remade the "Air Innovations II" focus icon; reverted "A New and Better Germany" focus icon back to its original.

• Refactored the mod to be compatible overall with "Stella Polaris" v1.13 regardless of minor version changes.

• Removed a no longer relevant statement from "Ironman Compatibility" section.
  
• Added a screenshot from back when this mod was #1 trending on the Steam Workshop for Hearts of Iron IV.

• Focus icon files are now in their own independent file instead of the base game "goals.gfx" and "goals_shine.gfx" files. This should no longer cause the mod to break whenever Paradox adds new focus icons.

• Added a new unique icon for the "Oppose Hitler" focus. I don't know how to feel about it so if you guys don't like it then let me know and I'll try to figure something else out.
  
• Remade the "Air Innovations II" focus icon to better fit the game's visual style.
  
• Reverted the "A New and Better Germany" focus icon back to its original default.

Mod was updated to the latest game version, is no longer ironman compatible, and its description and preview image were updated. New unique icon for the new German focus was added.

• Mod is no longer ironman compatible for some reason. Nothing I can do on my end, this is a Paradox problem.
