Additional augment visibility edits
Removed files pertaining to unique augments (Should always show I think)
Added new theme skins for scruffy face if you prefer base wolf limbs instead of dire!

Discovered that the scheming face for scrag was bugged.
Not my mods doing, a bug in the DLC itself!
So like my other fixes in this mod:
