4got to remove a camera used during testing that allowed you to see when the patrol reinforcements wld spawn in (woopsiez)

- Extended map width to give space and cover for reinforcements
- Reinforcements respond faster
- Added 1 more checkpoint cop
- Moved/changed civillian escape zones on the left side
- Enlarged the bush behind the checkpoint
- Changed formatting of the description
