Edited the .vmt of "droplet1" refract texture from the env_smokestacks near waterfalls. I also moved the .vmt and .vtf directly to the upload folder in case VIDE somehow missed them. This is my first (very experimental) attempt to fix this refract texture (refract textures are a pain to pack in .bsp files).

(1) Fixed missing textures on the clouds sprites in the gauntlet.
(2) Added the lens flare overlay effect.

If you see missing textures on the bubbles, then the refract texture is not working properly. I will see if I can fix this.
