Piccolo is a Semi-heavy that has tools for a lot of different situations

---------------SPECIALS---------------

Nspecial - Demon Wave (Straight) : Piccolo Shoots a short range blast that can eat through other projectiles and kills pretty early

Uspecial - Demon wave(Diagonal) : Piccolo shoots a Demon wave that can be shot up (while on the ground) or used for a boost as a recovery

Fspecial - Mystic Harpoon: Piccolo takes a chapter out of luffy's book, and stretches his arms to grab any opponent in his way. This leads to a combo that launches the enemy up

Grounded Dspecial - Hellzone Grenade (Single) :Piccolo launches a ball filled with ki into the sky, This ball lingers here for a while before sending its self back down to the ground

Dspecial - Rapid Fire Kick: A flurry of kicks that send both Picccolo and the opponent downward

If u press attack during any of the following moves, Dspecial, Nspecial, Uspecial, Piccolo will do a stronger version of that attack

Nspecial - SPECIAL BEAM CANNON: Piccolo uses all his energy to shoot a extremely precise and dense blast of ki, destroying any enemies in the way

Dspecial - Hellzone Grenade (Multi): Piccolo shoots multiple Hellzone Grenades

Uspecial(Air) - Ex Demon Wave: This Demon Wave launches Piccolo farther
