Changes
  • Changes to coloniser prices, slightly more expensive at base price and tier - this helps AI scout better locations while saving for the cost of it - AI also now prefers more units built for each city before colonising further.

  • Further personality changes, likes/dislikes for certain types.

  • Small changes to priorities and values and other misc things for now.

  • Looking into making independent factions a bit stronger and more aggressive on the map, making them more relevant, factions such as - Spacers, The Growth, Automatons.

  • Personal Test Version Merged into this Mod - Various more minor changes "Thanks for the feedback from testers."

  • AI Personalities now have different preferences regarding how much they want to trade with independent Factions, e.g. Automatons, Growth, etc. They will still do quests for them based on their personalities, so dwelling units may still be seen from quest rewards. These values may change based on feedback down the track.

  • Syndicate tooltip fixes.

* Minor Strategic values tweaked after testing, more testing to be had.

* Tested a lot with "Adventure Mod." Far better results than vanilla due to mod changes to economy over vanilla.

Fixes more string tooltips - For example, when migrating a city, the tooltips have been edited to reflect that no reputation changed among players, and a small loss for the race relations, this is a small loss due to now occupying their city, and this negative loss wanes over many turns.

Other small changes to values ect.

The next updates will focus on more testing, values for AI priorities and further tweaking personalities where needed.

Various tooltip fixes - one still outstanding is that when a migrates a city there is a race relation penalty, it displays that until I find the corresponding string, but it does not have that effect.

Updated - multiple Improvements and changes to AI personalities and priorities, for example - most personalities excluding more peaceful and Xenophile personality types which are inclined to absorb settlements, the rest are now more likely to migrate and raze during war time against hated enemies.

Also added more dislike and likes to all personality profiles and reduced penalties for migrating and razing during war among other changes.

Updated - Tweaks to AI influence gain, to yet again avoid Dwelling Spam, shall continue to monitor and see the outcome, further teaks may be needed.

NOTE - So far all updates should be save game compatible.

Updated - Main changes, Extreme AI will only try and focus for a 3 colony lead "Not Unlimted" now, along with only starting with Aquatic development and some extra starting units - Only the maximum difficulty will have this to help the hardest AI start off properly with clearing mobs and building their starting position easier.

All other difficulties play on the exact same level as eachother and on par with Human restrictions, difficulties below the hardest will still try and have a colony lead usually by 1-2.

Updated - Small changes, slight tweaks, no more unreasonable AI City spam on harder difficulties, continue on as before! I'll keep testing
